Welcome to  Happily Divided online store. By using this website you (now on designated by "user") agree to our terms and conditions, which are part of the sale contract. This terms and conditions regulate the use of "happily-divided.com" site, from now on designated by "website".  We may change this information at any time without prior notice, so check this page from time to time for any updates.

Untill payment is fullfilled, the products still remain property of Mor Design. The user accepts minor deviations regarding the way colors, measures, materials and designs are displaued on the website. We reserve the right to cancel, hold on or investigate any account that we consider suspicious of fraudulent acts, despite the possibility of any delivery delay. Those acts will be reported to the authorities.

Happily Divided is a registered trademark operated under exclusive licence by MOR DESIGN - PROJECTOS DESIGN, UNIPESSOAL, LDA (NIF PT 506 299 856), from now on designated "Mor Design". All trademarks included on this website are property of Happily Divided unless otherwise noted.  All the content and information in this website is protected by international copyright laws and property of Happily Divided, therefore, any use of text, images, products or graphics needs prior written authorisation from Happily Divided.

You may electronically copy pages from this website only for personal, non-comercial purposes related to ordering or shopping with Happily Divided. Any other use of this website, including reproduction and any internet links, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Happily Divided.

PRIVACY

Happily Divided respects our customers personal informations as private and confidential. We will not share your information with any outside organizations or individuals. Your information is securely stored on our site.

Happily Divided uses secure processing called SS Encryption Technology, wich is the industry standard. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a protocol developed for the transmission of private information over the internet. SSL uses a private key to encrypt your data so that it can not be read while being transferred over the internet.

The information we request is required for analysis purposes; marketing actions and to provide an optimised shopping experience with all of the website functionalities. However, you may shop without any registration as a Guest if you wish but you will not benefit from many of the website features, such as managing your data, personal infos and documents in the customers private account area. Also, you will not benefit from many campaigns and promotions without being registered.

Credit / Debit cards: By choosing this option, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment gateway. None of your Credit / Debit card information is stored on this site. We use a PayPal's payment processor to handle this information securely. For more info about it, check www.paypal.com.

You don't need a PayPal account to use your card (Mestro, VISA, American Express, Mastercard or Discover) to pay. If you have a PayPal account, you can also use it to make payments.

Further instructions are available to you during the checkout process by selecting a payment method. You can still go back at this point and choose another payment option before the order payment confirmation.

ORDERS

All prices at the website include PT VAT (if applicable) at the local rate (23%). VAT is charged for orders delivered within EU countries. All tax information will be displayed at your cart and during checkout process and depends on the delivery address you choose. This is valid for individual costumers. If you are a company and want to order something, please contact us at orders@happily-divided.com.

The currency used on the website is Euro. All transactions and payments are made in Euros. You must be aware that will eventualy be subject to the exchange rates applied by your credit / debit card company and bank.

If you are outside EU you will also be liable for any important duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements and taxes. You are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements as those costs are supported by the costumer. We have no authority or responsability on those subjects. By shopping on this website, the user assume to have legal age to do so.

You may purchase products only for personal use ond not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. You will receive an email confirming dispatch of goods.

SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. Please allow 1—5 working days for delivery, depending on the shipping location. We will charge 2,5€ for declined orders (not signing or not picked up at postal office). Also, in such cases shipping fees will be charged without refund. Packages are shipped via CTT (Portuguese postal service) with tracking and signature required (Registered Mail). We will provide you with a link to track your package online. We will not ship to PO Boxes.

All orders to Portugal over 45€ have FREE Shipping. For orders outside Portugal, the shipping fees start from 3.45€ - Europe (Most Countries) and 3.60€ (Rest of the World). The shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the products order and are automatically updated in the shopping cart by adding/removing products. Shipping and taxes are also afected by the delivery adress (destination country).

There are 3 shipping Zones: Portugal (Mainland, Azores and Madeira), Europe (Most Countries) and Rest of the World.

Europe: 
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Andorra, Belarus, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Gibraltar, Vatican City State, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Hungary, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Russian Federation, San Marino, Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Bulgaria.

Rest of the World: All countries except Portugal and Europe (see above).

Keep in mind that, for deliveries outside the EU, aditional fees may be charged locally, like import duties, customs and sales taxes, all depending of the country the orders are being shipped to. We don't have any responsability or any way to control or prevent such things, so we advise you to previously check on any possible charges that may occur in your country when importing such items.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling and packing fees are FREE (for an undetermined period, as part of our launching policy), whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and delivery location.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Each shipping order/package is limited to 2Kg in weight* (*Only for International orders - Europe Zone and Rest of the World). If the weight surpasses the 2Kg limit, you won't be able to make the order (no carriers will be available to proceed with the order). You will then need to split the products into 2 or more different orders. If you really want to receive it in one single shipping package, please drop us a message at support@happily-divided.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 14 days (starting from the delivery day) to report us the intention of returning/exchanging a product. Before sending any products, inform us first by filling the Return Form at your private account area or contact us at support@happily-divided.com. 

Exchanges will only be made with available products with the same price. If it's not the case, we'll credit you the same amount and then place a new order.  

We don't exchange or refund products that appear to have been used, washed, damaged by improper use or negligent handling or in any way differ from their original condition. We only accept products returned with their original packaging, tags, acessories and documentation. You will be notified by email when/if the product will be elegible or not for exchange / refund.

Refunds will be made by the same amount and payment method that was used in the purchase. Also, we can exchange (as long as the same item is available with other options), give you a store credit or a price reduction. Please note that returns or credits will not include the cost of the original postage and packing. Any returned product must be sent at your cost with a trackable insured postal service. Happily Divided is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. In such cases, in order to eventually get a refund from the postal company, the client is obliged to cooperate with us and provide us the information and documentation (invoice, payment receipts, ...) that is required to fulfil the necessary complaint.

Happily Divided will refund you within 30 days from the date we receive the returned product(s), as long as it complies with the conditions above. Any returns made beyond the specified time will not be considered.

DISPUTES

These terms and conditions are governed by the Portuguese law. Any dispute or claim associated with our terms and conditions must be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese laws and will fall under the jurisdiction of a Court of Law in the Judicial County of Lisbon.
